At R-ON, we aim to promote patient independence through an enablement model of care; integrate care and rehabilitation services to maximise independence and minimise ongoing health care needs of patients; provide ambulatory care services to potentially avoid hospitalisation for some impairments, enable transfer of care at an earlier date from the sub-acute rehabilitation unit and facilitate an earlier discharge from hospital.

We address the rehabilitation requirements of patients suffering from medical conditions like Aphasia, Arthritis and Joint Conditions, Brain injury, Cancer, Cardiac Dysfunction, Cerebral Palsy, Limb loss and impairment, Multiple Sclerosis, Pain Management, Parkinsons Disease, Pulmonary Disorders, Spinal Cord Injury, Sports Medicine, Stroke Recovery and Vestibular Disorders, to name a few.
